1.拯救那些无心而误杀人的，逃避报血仇人的手
Deliver the manslayer from the hand of the avenger of blood
2.使误杀人者不至于失去所得为业之地
The manslayer should not lose the land of his possession
3.显明神的公义和审判，怜悯和恩典
Manifest God’s justice, judgment, mercy and grace

2.设在方便的地方。约旦河东三座，迦南地三座
